Payment Policy
Experiencia Palcoyo is a travel agency and tour operator that serves both end customers and national and international travel agencies. We offer different payment options tailored to each customer’s needs.
1. Cash Payments
Cash payments are accepted in person at our office.
Accepted currencies:
- Peruvian Soles (S/.)
- U.S. Dollars (US$)
The currency depends on the price and the selected service.
Note:
We do not accept counterfeit bills or coins. If detected, we will proceed according to applicable law.
2. Bank Transfers & Deposits
You can pay by bank transfer or deposit.
It is mandatory to send the payment receipt to:
- Our email address, or
- Your assigned travel advisor
Bank details will be provided during the booking process.
3. Online Payment Links – Niubiz / Izipay
You can request a secure payment link from your travel advisor.
Process:
- Complete your personal details
- Enter your card information
- Confirm the payment
You will receive an automatic confirmation once the process is completed.

4. Card Payments via POS (In-office)
You can also pay directly at our office using a POS terminal.
Process:
- Insert or tap your card on the terminal
- Enter your PIN or sign if required
- You will receive your receipt via SMS
